beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel especially with the Christmas decorations. Keli who was my server for breakfast at the Ironwood restaurant had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make everything right. This hotel has several different restaurants on site and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this romantic hotel.

Beautiful Luxury

Location: Very close to Fashion Square and all the well known shopping areas. A Sports complex nearby too. Easy drive to Tempe and Mesa.
If you want a truly luxurious hotel experience this hotel will not disappoint. Lovely, large room with creative structures to expand the space and create a feeling of being in an apartment. Wonderful spa bathroom and walk in closet/dressing room. Excellent customer service, many restaurant choices including Hacienda, an upscale Mexican restaurant.

Hotel that Exceeded my Wildest Expectations

Pros: Service, Service and more Service. Wow - Class act all the way!
Cons: Wasn't there long enough to use things such as spa - or other areas so did not see anything I would recommend - I will come again and stay longer!
Location: N/A - only stayed a bit but I know you are by Camelback Road which has everything you could ever want to do - so great location
I stay at a lot of high end hotels in the area when I come in to see my Mom. It serves as a way to treat myself as I work very hard as an executive at a construction company. It also serves as a retreat as my Mother is older and visiting can make for a long day as her memory is going and the visit requires a lot of patience and understanding. So I like to stay at a local hotel that can help me recharge and give my Mom my all while we visit during the day. Sorry to mention other hotels but for a point of reference I stay at the Biltmore, Phoenecian Hotel and various other nice hotels. A friend has been staying at the Princess since she was a young girl and raved about it for years so I figured why not give it a try. To my pleasant surprise - your hotel BLEW ME AWAY. From the valet, to check in, to the restaurant service and even the maid service - EVERYONE was friendly. Once I was in an area and one person knew my name then everyone who addressed me said "How is your day going Mr. Hays?" "May I get you anything Mr. Hays?" The hotel has a classic design while having modern amenities - Fantastic, Fabulous and a hotel I plan on coming to again and again on my future visits to the Phoenix area - THANK YOU FOR A FANTASTIC STAY!

outstanding Spot

Cons: Better direction , the place was very big and we were left to guess as to where things were , more so than what I expected - but not a deal breaker.
Top Shelf , more than expected too big for short stay , should stick around several nights to get it all in.

Beautiful, clean, spacious hotel in Scottsdale

Pros: It was very comfortable, clean, and the staff was beyond friendly.
Cons: Nothing...
Location: I didn't see too much of Scottsdale, but with 5 pools, a fishing pond, spa, and golf course, there really is no reason you need to leave the resort.
I was in Scottsdale for a conference, but my husband and kids wanted to do. The Fairmont Princess kept them so busy, they never had to leave the resort!

Pretty Big has lots to do

Pros: It looked like there were a lot of things to do here if you are solely coming to this hotel to relax.
Cons: The building I was in might have been next in line for a future update. Some of the walls were subpar patched. But it was alright overall
Location: Not a lot to do in Scottsdale. They have a few restaurants and comedy clubs.
I was staying here to go to a wedding in Flag Staff. They have many buildings and it got confusing on where mine was, but after I got orientated I was able to find the short cuts. They have many restaurants, bars and pools. So if I came here just to relax I would have been found different things to do.

Wonderful, as always.

Pros: Very family friendly. Pricey, but absolutely worth it. Amazing food and services, beautiful boutiques, endless activities and pampering at the spa.
Cons: The ground is so hot around the pools for kids. Misters or some other surface?
Location: We don't usually leave the hotel, everything we want and need is there, but there are great restaurants, activities, and shopping nearby.
We took the family for a final farewell to summer. It was a wonderful, exciting treat for everyone. From a few hours at the spa for me, mom, to fireworks after a light show and movie at the pool(s).

Luxury Resort

We got a great deal on a 4 night stay at the Fairmont. Just remember that there are miscellaneous fess travelocity does not cover such as 29 Resort fee, parking fee and taxes.

No customer service

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet, too big
Had bed bug problem and staff was barely accommodating. The grounds are nicely laid out, but you need a golf cart to get from one side of the hotel to the other and it is impossible to provide 5 star quality for that scale. Restaurants, internet, just about everything very overpriced. Needed magnifying glass for meal in the steakhouse.

The fairmont princess is everything you dream of for a luxury vacation

Pros: Quiet
If I could make the Fairmont my second home I would. The choices in restaurants, the amazing food, activities for kids, not to mention the beautiful location and setting make this hotel my only choice when I go to Scottsdale!!!
