The property was quiet and clean overall; however, our room was not properly maintained. There was mold in the bathroom, and the grout was peeling due to old coating. The sink did not drain properly, and the tub stopper had been removed, so the tub could not be plugged. On a positive note, the bedding was clean, and the air conditioner worked well.

I did not stay at this hotel, but apparently they have my money somehow. When I contacted the hotel, I was denied money for a room I never had.

smoke smell poured into the room from outside smokers. pot smoke thick and skunky. train yard clanked all night. no insulation. just install insulation and fix your air flow and it might be okay.

Support staff was A1 no problem with the staff very helpful nice ladies the hotel the room the location and everything else was one of the worst I’ve ever seen and that’s all I wanna say about it

I came in at 2:30am with my daughter for a volleyball tournament and upon arrival they told me they had canceled our room for 3 days. They are NOT allowed to cancel the room without prior notice. No phone calls, text, emails were made. We were stranded in a new place with my minor daughter sleeping in the car. Every other place was sold out unless I wanted to drive over an hour away. I called Expedia for further investigation and the manager had told two different stories. In one story he said that I called and cancel the room two months ago, which was a lie. This was a package pre-paid bundle which included, flight, room, and car. Horrible experience, just terrible.
