Great location

Hotel is very comfortable and close to the State Farm Arena. We were in town for a concert and it was very close. We could have walked, but it was too hot, so we got an uber instead, but it was a very short ride!

Amazing facilities, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, beds were comfortable (even the pullout bed was comfortable) and pillows were soft, but firm. It was convenient to get around the area and return both nights for some good rest, and in spite of the hotel being maxed out, it was quiet and peaceful. The only time we heard our neighbors was when the shower was going. The only disappointment was that we learned the pool was under construction the day we arrived, it had been something we looked forward to, but we will still definitely stay again and enjoy it another time.

Expedia failed to mention that the pool was not working in Arizona at the Springhill resorts. One of the reason why we chose this property. It was 117° with no options for a pool. It’s very disappointing.

As i checked in.. i asked about the pool since my children so wanted to go swimming, pool was closed !! Renovations in middle of summer???!!! Are u kidding me?? Beds were soft. Sheets smelled like they sat wet in the dryer til next day. Breakfast was ok.. eggs had water at bottom of tray, turkey sausage was rubbery. Waffles you make were good.. not much to complain about the rest.

I don’t like how we were charged for parking. Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot? 10.00 a vehicle and I had two vehicles. Why? That should have been included in the reservation.
