Restaurant and lobby looked great, rooms just so-so. Resort still under renovation and our view, unfortunately, was of porta-potties. TV didn't work and no running water at the bar in our room. For the money, not worth it.

The area around the lobby seems to received remodeling not long ago and are really nice, including the swimming pool, those are amazing. The room is very dated and lack of maintenance. The room I stayed is lack of body wash, non-working TV remote and the cabinet with damaged handler - far below my expectation for a resort. The gardening looks nice but could us some improvements, there are spiky plants next to the trial where lack of lightening, which could be safety concern when it is dark outside.

We were taken to room that was not made up. Bell hop took forever to bring our keys. Room decor was dated. No amenities. Happy hour was a joke chips and salsa and beer and wine only. No the over the top Kimpton experience I am used to.

Front desk, Melinda was great. Room furniture was outdated. Some light bulbs out, bed was very comfortable. Broken chair, one had no padding left. Fireplace didn’t work. Drake was personable and helpful. Jessie at the Tiki bar was very friendly.

The room was clean and the amenities were great. The only issue was the second night we stayed the shower drain started to drain really slowly and you ended up showering in a pool of water. Other wise it would have been five stars.
