I do not recommend. This place smelled horrible like dirty laundry. Place Isnt worrh the room rate as it is extremely run down. Tub is baked on dirty and rust spots TV sucks. Thought it be decent based on locate. Spend the extra hundred and go to the Plaza or McCormick. I think.this place works on government vouchers. Trying to axcept for profit and government assistance doesn't work. Felt very unsafe. No one at front desk. No signs of secirity.. wall hangings crooked, lamp shade busted up and old. Curtain rod bent and cheap looking. If person taking shower in other unit loud sounds like someone in your bathroom. Bathroom vanity busted up. Near base. Exposed nasty door track and vent is nasty in bathroom area. Light fixture in bathroom dead bugs. Place tried masking the stench with pinesol whuch gave me serious headache. Place is a nightmare.

The value vs the spaciousness and location. Near hospital where our Grandson is having surgery. Our entire family could be together the night before. Cute room. We really appreciated the after hour, quick email responses. We definitely plan on returning for pleasure next time. Thank you.

This is a great business idea. Not sure what the smell is in the rooms/building but for one night I adjusted. Also the TV signal continually dropped. Wish there was flexibility with check in since the room was ready early. Otherwise good

This was by far the filthiest, most disgusting, worst nightmare you could ever imagine in a hotel. I can't even call it a hotel. The word crackhouse is much better. It smelled of urine on the first night and the walls were filthy. It smelled like some sort of chemical on one night, leading us to believe it could have been hazardous or drug related. There is no front office or anyone watching over the place. We saw what looked like drug dealers doing business by the dumpster every night. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything, and smell whatever is being smoked near you. One night, a group of what looked like homeless people were propping open the door with the outside mat so that it wouldn't lock. On the second night of our stay, we woke up in the midddle of the night as someone was trying to get into our room. They tried multiple times on the key pad kept trying to force the door. We had to move the couch over the door to be safe, we were ready for a break in and armed with kitchen knives! We actually decided to shorten our trip and left a day early just because we didn't want to stay in that horrible filthy hotel. Travelocity should not even post them on their site. Please don't consider staying here. I'm surprised the City of Scottsdale hasn't had it condemned!
