Enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Beautiful location. The weather was perfect!
Cons: The only thing that could be improved if we had to say would be maybe the pool area could be a little nicer. That being said, it was in good condition
Location: We went on an off road excursion in the Tonto National Forest. Great fun! We also rented a boat for a few hours and enjoyed Lake Saguaro.
Great experience for a family getaway. Hotel was great! Enjoyed the amenities. On the way to the airport, My family said, “When are we coming back!”

Very nice hotel

Pros: The best part of this resort was the entire staff was very nice, pleasant, and professional.
Location: There were many great areas with restaurants, galleries, and shopping within a 15 minute drive.
We stayed here for a vacation. Very nice resort. Great location. We had reserved a room with a sun deck, and a king size bed, but when we arrived we were given a room with 2 double beds. After working with the assistant manager, they were very accommodating, and the next day we were able to get a room without a sun deck, but with the king size bed that we preferred. The staff was very professional, and as accommodating as possible. I was very happy with how they did their best to work with me.

The Heat is ON, but a cool place to stay!

Pros: Grounds, Spa, Location, View of the mountains,Outstanding customer service, Rita's Bar and sunsets......
Cons: Room 325 a noise of equipment or doors began early in the am..Sweet.Kayla sent chocolates and liqueur for the inconvenience, which was unexpected
Location: Apache Trail drive,Shopping at the corner of Lincoln and Scottsdale a must!35 shops in one.Frank and Lupies Mexican Authenic not fancy and Echo Coffee
Had the pleasure to stay at the JW Marriott Camelback once again this past week. Have not stayed at this resort in about 11 years. As always, the reputation and experience remains synonymous and it is the perfect place to relax, treat yourself to the fantastic spa or relax at the pool or by your room. Renovations of the larger pool and suites were not bothersome as the grounds and terrain is breathtaking.Almost complete..... Live music in the Rita's bar lounge, the BEST fresh squeezed margaritas on the rocks, and cool mist spray to keep you cool when you want to be outside are all a plus.The BLT restaurant is in the hotel if you do not want to drive off site. The Apache trail is a must for driving to Canyon Lake for a half day of beauty and fun. Close to shopping and eateries and the Old Scottsdale area. I am a bit of a persnickety person and the accommodations, staff, and facilities are up to my standards of luxury. Lime trees, bougainvillea,cute bunnies,the cactus variety, and quiet facilities reveals the tranquil environment it advertises.

Another wonderful stay at the Camelback Inn

Our stay was perfect! This is the third time we have stayed at the Camelback Inn, and will return as soon as we can. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms are updated and kept clean and tidy and the grounds were well groomed. It is truly a beautiful location for privacy and still be close to all the conveniences of shopping and other attractions.

Great Resort

We returned to the Camelback Inn in May for our second stay and the resort was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed there. From the staff to the facilities it is a well run resort. We just booked another stay as we need to be in the Phoenix area in August again. Looking forward to our next visit.
