"Clean rooms great staff "

"Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and I would return. "

"I absolutely love this hotel. I appreciate the amenities, cleanliness, and breakfast, but most of all, the staff is exceptional with their professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth attitude. Hats off to Reggie, the manager—this is my new favorite spot whenever I am in town. I feel comfortable and safe with my family."

"The hotel was nice however my biggest complaint would be about the housekeeping service. We requested for housekeeping expecting the dirty sheets and pillowcases to be replaced with clean ones however upon inspecting we realized that they were not replaced but flipped over. The floors also weren’t vacuumed because the same crumbs and dirt on the floor was still there after the service. The rating would have been higher however after what we experienced with the housekeeping service it raises the question if the sheets present when we checked in was ever washed or replaced. Also the elevator was quite slow. "
