Waited 20 min or more for elevator every time we needed to use one. Beds are extremely hard. You have to call and ask for housekeeping to clean or bring you fresh things otherwise you will not get them at all for your entire stay. Was not worth the $5,000 I spent on my family a 3 night stay there

We arrived to find parking an absolute nightmare. It took over 30 minutes to find a spot because the property was hosting a Pokémon card convention. There is no designated parking for hotel guests, and valet had already stopped accepting cars. After circling for what felt like forever, we finally found a spot. The room itself looked nice at first glance, but there were issues. The return air filter was thick with dust, the bottom shower head didn’t work, and there were no complimentary mini lotions- shower had built in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. With three women in the room, we started with only half a roll of toilet paper and had to call for more. The pool and overall property felt dated and in need of a serious update, which is not what I would expect for $500 a night. Dining at the Landshark was a disappointment as well. Service was terrible, and the food arrived cold. I am usually easy to please, but this stay completely missed the mark.

Not happy with my staying; room was ok clean and it could be tragic my stance , when I was with my 4yrs granddaughter relaxing in the pool chairs the umbrella next her seat fell off on top her ,with out hurting her thanks to the lady seating next to my granddaughter that could catch the umbrella and when I told one of the safety staff about all he said was let me get another umbrella !!

Our first visit & won’t be our last!!! Great service & amenities! The comedy show was the BEST part of our trip! The only con was the elevators. There’s only 4 used for guests & staff, one of which didn’t work our entire stay. Nothing is perfect, but this trip was close to perfect!

It definitely looks larger and more to do online then there it is. The water park was a huge disappointment and the $50 resort fee was unnecessary as we didn’t use pool towels.

We checked in 10 mins before 4pm and the line was already long. It took morethan 1 hour waiting before we finally got a room and when we get to the room the wristband that they said already activated is not working, i need to go back to frontdesk again to settle it. The room is spacious though and nice interior. The facility is quite clean but i can say that there still a room for more improvement in some area. The food and restaurant is quite pricey for the taste. Other than that our family still enjoy the whole stay.

The lights on the property went out early morning and we got stuck on the 20th floor with a 75 year old women that could.not do stairs
