Bienvenido a Prancing Horse Estates! Esta feliz y soleada casa de huéspedes está ubicada en 10 acres privados y cerrados cerca de The Woodlands, Lake Conroe y Houston. Fabulous, peaceful family getaway

We stayed in early April with our adult children and elderly parents. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the outdoor seating was plentiful and was a favorite place to be if we were not in the water. Beds are comfortable, host is so thoughtful and kind, and the house was a perfect set up for our group. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place and Great Hostess

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was modern, clean, and spacious with an open floor plan. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. Mornings outside on the patio watching the deer and listening to the birds were very relaxing. Kelly, our hostess, was amazing! She was very accommodating, communicative, helpful, and gracious. She took our grandchildren (and us) on a tour of the grounds and let them help her gather the chicken eggs. She also showed them her bee hives and her worm farm. They had a blast!Thanks for everything Kelly! We hope to return again soon.

Kids birthday

We hosted our 11 year old son’s birthday and the space was great. Plenty of open space for the boys to play but relaxing for my wife and I to sit by the pool and enjoy the hot tub! Lots of room to sleep and not far from store or restaurants if needed! Highly recommend

Best stay ever!!!

These 4 days could not be any better! Kelly was so helpful - she even brought us fresh eggs each day! The home is set up perfectly and just as described. We had all we needed! We've stayed at many vacation rental properties and this was my favorite due to the home and also mostly to our hostess! We will definitely book this home the next time we are here!

Simply amazing

This is a beautiful house and property. The hosts were really responsive and helpful. It is a wonderfully fully stocked kitchen and tons of toys, games, DVD's, etc. Use Google maps to get there, not Waze.

My girlfriends and I (7 of us total) chose Prancing Horse as it was only 1-1/2 hrs from our side of town. It is a beautiful inviting home with a beautiful back yard, pool and hot tub. There is plenty of seating areas both inside and outside for groups or families. You can just sit, relax, and enjoy the peace and enjoy the awesome views of deer playing. The home is extremely well maintained and stocked. The hosts were also very attentive and friendly. Any questions/requests were quickly answered.

What a wonderful home!! Our son’s wedding was at The Lodge at Mound Creek and this location was perfect! The home is beautiful and has everything needed to host family and friends of all ages! The host was very responsive and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Property!

We stayed at this property to get in a little R&R with family and attended a New Kids on the Block concert at the Cynthia Wood Mitchell Pavilion. The drive was not bad and there was no traffic. We sure loved the pool and all the amenities. Beautiful, well kept and very wonderful host. I would highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY DIVINE

Our stay was utterly amazing. The house was gorgeous! It was everything we were hoping for! The family that is renting it was the best part of the whole stay! They made everything so easy! There was complimentary wine waiting for us when we got here! Tons of blankets and towels and pillows, etc. They had everything you could need, waiting for us, even beach towels and pool toys! The first morning after arriving, the woman from next door brought us farm fresh eggs, fresh honey and fresh figs, with three flowers she handpicked on her way over to make the delivery! It was such a breaktaking gesture of hospitality! Every morning and every evening we watched a family of deer (dad, mom and five babies) come through the grounds to eat, which was spectacular to see them in their environment - feel safe enough to be that close to us! There were also chickens that roamed free, and were super friendly! We didn't get a chance to use the firepit but would have if we didn't need to leave early (due to impending Hurricane Beryl). This house was out of this world! The host was phenomenal! Most definitely would recommend this house if you are looking for privacy, relaxation, fun times, spacious home, and are ready to make plenty of memories - while still being close enough to all of the surrounding towns!!! This was a dream vacation! Thank you for making our time there so unforgettable!

Friends Getaway

From start to finish Kelly made our stay so wonderful, Personal touches from wine to fresh honey and fresh eggs. She made us feel very welcomed. Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed; there was nothing we needed that wasn’t supplied for us.. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The serene property is booming with wildlife. Lots of Mama Deer and little spotted Bambis running around while we swam in the pool. Not to mention the many different birds flying about. The pool is great and surrounded by beautiful landscaping with the most pretty flowers. It was just what we needed! We had a blast and most definitely will be back!

Phenomenal Home Our fresh organic daily egg basket and welcoming feel of family my family received from Kelly and mom was nothing short of AMAZING! This home was warm and loving from the the front door to the pool area overlooking spacious views with families of deers, squirrels, and the most greenest grass ever. I was greeted on the back gate with a cardinal immediately on day one which comforted me. IYKYK! (Moms Blessings) A hidden gem is what this property is! ❤️🙏 We will definitely make this the one of our homes away from home getaway.
