"The hotel was clean and room was nice but some of the staff seem to no be intentive with guest and all aloof and I feel like all hotels should have smart tv’s they should invest in that. But other those things it was a great stay."

"Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor."
