I am highly disappointed with the professionalism of this establishment. They only have valet parking which I paid for and overnight my car as well as others were broken into. While I called the police I was assured that the manager would call me back to discuss a resolution. I even talked to the manager before I left to go back home because I was worried when I left I wouldn’t get a return call and I was right. I even waited a couple of days before finally texting the manager.. no response I then called and no response. I even called the hotel front desk and was advised that the manager would call me and again no response.

The tv was not working, I requested my sheets changed after day 3 of my 5 night stay but that never happened. There is no mini fridge or a place to keep food while also no room service or place to eat past 4pm so unable to have food.
