There for medical reasons, Internet was super slow to the point of frustration; TV glitched and could not hear a complete sentence, maintenance came up and he tried to fix it, super nice guy, Henry, so he suggested we ask to move rooms. We were in a suite and they lied to us and said they had no rooms to move us so we asked for our money back and we would go somewhere else. They refused to help. Went downstairs to speak in person and all of a sudden they had another room, amazing how that happens. We moved to a very small room with no kitchen like we paid for that we needed for my husband, but decided to live with it. Settled down to watch a show and the same TV glitching constantly. We went to bed and burned up all night because the AC in this room did not blow very cold, then took a shower this morning and the shower floor filled up with water and what appeared to be feces floated up from the drain. I cannot make this up. We will never stay here again. I never write reviews, ever. This deserved a review. The front desk man offered a few points on my honors card this morning OR a free breakfast to make up for it. Never. $330 for the night GONE!!! and we come back here all the time for my husband's cancer treatments. Kathy Hilton would be appalled.

Easily accessible to MD Anderson, great fitness room and comfy beds. The cafe offered inexpensive, quick options for breakfast and lunch. The services were not fantastic, however. We called down to the main desk several times for more toilet paper and never received any. The only bathroom on the ground floor was out of order.
