I would think that most of guests would understand the impact that this pandemic has had on the hospitality industry. We are one of the lucky hotel's that are still able to remain open. Hilton Brand Standards have been modified to address the current pandemic issues as has all hospitality standards across the United States to ensure we are keeping our guest's safety and health in mind as well as our employees safety and health in mind. I apology that this pandemic had inconvenienced your stay and what we were able to offer in regards to our services. The AC units are continually being modified, Hilton and our owner take energy efficiency very seriously. As you may know Hilton is the only hotel company that has an energy efficiency platform that every Hilton hotel has to use to ensure we are operating energy efficient.
