I was disappointed. The elevator and the parking garage entrance is in bad need of cleaning and sprucing. because it looked like a low budget hotel. The entire hotel is in need of refreshing. I was especially dissatisfied that there was no mini fridge in the room. I honestly cannot remember the last time I stayed in a room without a mini fridge. The breakfast was good, but a little overpriced. 1 buffet 1 coffee and $5 tip was over $28.00. I stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed it but was disappointed this time.

The room was very clean and spacious. No problems with anything in the room. The only thing i didn't like is I paid for the parking garage and you take one elevator and have to go down to first floor to take the other elevator to your floor. I stayed in the 12th floor.

Great place and had a nice view of the city. Finding carts if you had a lot of lounge was difficult but I also didn’t ask front ask if they had some in the back. The room was spacious. Also enjoy happy hour and the market pantry and vending machine were priced fairly.

Great spot to spend a couple days and explore Houston. Not right on top of the museum district but definitely close enough. Room felt very clean and housekeeping came daily to take towels and straighten up. The location is very convenient and a short walk to Levy Park if you have children. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
