The cleanliness of the hotel and the morning staff were excellent, food at the restaurant/bar area was outstanding. What I dislikes about the hotel was the front desk overnight staff. Had an attitude like they did not want to be there every time I came in once the doors were locked.

Nothing unique about this property. Downtown location is good; walking distance to restaurants, and the innercity train is very close.

Good hotel, but could be better!

Pros: Beautiful light fixtures in hallway and lobby!! Very comfy bed and pillows.
Cons: Add a towel ring to the bathrooms. Put some type of table under or next to the outer room mirror, since there is no counter space in the bathroom.
Lobby is large and pretty. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms look nice, but are missing a couple of important details. There is virtually no counter space in the bathroom. Don't plan on setting out your cosmetics, hot rollers, etc. because there is no space. There's barely room enough for your toothbrush and toothpaste. There's also no towel ring to hold a hand towel anywhere in the bathroom. No exhaust fan either. There is a nice large mirror in the outer room, but there's no dresser or any type of table right next to the mirror so it's also difficult to do your hair or put on makeup in front of thie mirror. I wanted a room that faced my son's apartment nextdoor, but the staff didn't know which rooms faced which road, so we didn't get the view we requested. Other than these things, the hotel was fine.
