Did a late check in the early morning with no problem, as this was my primary concern. Staff was friendly & courteous to greet us. The entire room including the bathroom were clean. Breakfast has menu variety. Excellent customer service as everyone was kind, friendly & accommodating. Safe parking area.

From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Kimberly the friendly, helpful and witty lady who checked me in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. And it was. Clean room, attractive property, comfortable bed and pillows followed by a good breakfast. I found my new Texas Medical Center destination.

I travel to Houston from AZ to go to MD Anderson for my cancer. This is my go to hotel. Rooms are always quiet and very safe neighborhood. Staff always nice and attentive.

This is a great hotel for the price. It’s clean, renovated and modern. That said, it’s not a luxury hotel and it’s nothing fancy. It has a nice, but simple breakfast - mainly commercial/ processed foods. But it has a nice breakfast area. The room was spacious and the bathroom seemed new. I’d definitely stay there again.
