Parking Garage Safety Concern

We were there for a 1 night stay for my husband's appointment at MD Anderson. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and everyone who works there is incredibly nice. However, someone broke the bed cover of our truck trying to pry the top off overnight as it was parked in the hotel's private parking garage. I reported it to the front desk and the lady came outside and took pictures of our truck but informed me that they did not have cameras in the garage nor was there security in the garage. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because other reviewers had said it was safe. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.
