The hotel suffered a power outage and we were hours late getting checked in. The power outage was outside of the hotel’s control but the way it was managed could have been much better. Poorly executed. Poor communication.

During our stay, (evening on March 29th) someone in our party was not feeling well. A young gentleman who worked at your hotel was near the front desk and overheard that we had problems with the vending machine that provided aspirin (it wasn’t working) … front desk personnel could not locate assistance for vending machine but the young man he went over and beyond to assist us. Wish I got his name. He saved us!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times because of the great location, good restaurants, Whole Foods and Galleria within walking 5 mins. But unfortunately the hotel it’s showing its age. It’s in need of some updating. Out room was slightly dusty, like it’d been empty for a while. Other than that, we had a good stay.
