Staff was friendly despite being very busy they took their time with each person checking in to make sure they had what they needed. Room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one evening had a drink from the bar, very nice bartender and wait staff for breakfast were nice and friendly. Overall nice stay.

Room smelled like a dead rodent. Hotel claims its been renovated but it's dated and stale. Eas accommodated with a new room but still a tired old Double Tree with stale rooms and cookies.

My mother tripped over the very high speed bumps in the parking lot as she was going into the building. We spent most of the night in the ER which xray results showed she fractured her arm by her shoulder. The security guard was the only individual who asked how she was and that was because he was outside when it happened. No follow up. Watch out for the speed bumps!!
