Clean room front desk staff really friendly when I check in the room was clean I was there a total of 4 days never did they came buy to clean it I had made a report about this things in my past stayed but here I am and it’s happening again. Parking don’t look safe but it is. Besides me telling front desk I need my room clean Saturday they told me room cleaning is only Monday thru Friday. I went ahead and stand my stay til from April 13-17 I ask this morning to clean my room before I left I come back at 6pm and room not clean at all
This sheets been here since I check in on the 13 todays is the 17th
Towels I been using the same ones for 4days already

The elevator been broken I haven’t have my room clean since the march 17th I have ask the front desk about getting my room clean they keep giving me the run around. I have request my room clean from 3different clerks up front and nothing today is the march 20th and I walk in the room at 7pm room still the same. I even ask the front desk to just drop off towels and clean sheets and pillow cases that I will do the bed my self nothing yet..very disappointing

The first room I was given the heater didn’t work so I was moved to another room. The sink in that room leaked very bad. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room Sunday when I went to work so when I returned the room was dirty and I had no fresh towels

Breakfast was meh. The parking was easy. Other hotels where almost empty and quite dark. Infact the ice machine was out at SONESTA and they recommended that we walk to the next door hotel and fill out ice bucket. It was cold out and super dark. The elevator, gym, pool, and laundry all had out of order signs. I got charged 30 for a late check out when I had a consecutive reservation and they didn't give the money back. I work in the travel industry as a flight attendant and have slept many places but I think this had to be my biggest disappointment in years.The staff I interacted with was pretty nice but not accommodating.

The hotel was not maintained. Had to switch rooms because the tub in that room constantly dripped. The second was better but was not cleaned good. The elevator wasn’t working. I constantly had to go to tge front desk because kept being demagnetized. The second floor hallway was extremely cold. The ice machine never worked. Had to go next door to get ice.And the night staff would disappear from the front desk, so you would have to wait until they showed up. Overall the stay was not good.
