"Did not get fruit plate amenity despite several requests both pre and during stay. Shuttle service left us stranded. View from one of rooms was bleak."

"The young man who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. I would stay there again just due to his kindness. The bed was a little softer than I prefer, but I still slept very well. The room was quiet and AC worked well. Good location- near museums, zoo, and hospitals."

"The hotel it self is expensive, you have to pay for everything. Parking, WiFi, etc. the hotel pool service for food and drinks was closed so you have to go to the busy bar and order (and go up and down A lot of stairs) but the staff was Excellent from check in to check out."

"Ms Shirley at the Front Desk was Most Helpful, frum check-in to check-out! We were able to pay for Early check-in, at 11Am and Late check-out, at 3pm. That was the best part of the accommodations! Really helped to get extra rest!!!"
