Overall good experience, Just wish breakfast was better. Only options available were orange/apple juice, milk, sandwich bread, spray on butter, danactive, oranges, bananas, apples, cereal( fruit loops, frosted flakes, raisin bran) coffee and a toaster.

The room was nasty. Shower caulk missing. Dirty floors. Cockroaches which tells me it is filthy. The place reminded me of a crack house. I stayed at an extended stay before in Bellevue wa n that was fine. This one made me never to consider it. I can’t explain how terrible it was

"Through it took two hours before we were able to get in our room, the room was clean. I loved the couch (similar to a sectional) and the design of the shower. My friends and I had lunch at the hotel restaurant, Urban Star. The menu offered a variety of dishes, including empanadas and chili. Lunch was delicious! Service was great. We parked our rental VIP and the team didn’t disappoint. We experienced very short wait times for our car and were always met with a joyful team member as we arrived at the end of the day. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Houston and would stay there again! "
