This property has mold and when I requested for a full refund to be given back, the person at the front told me this was going to take two days. After a week, they have stopped answering my calls. I cannot believe this hotel is listed here for booking when the entire facility is full of MOLD

Consider keeping the indoor/outdoor cat- outdoors especially since it walks around the kitchen area throughout the day by the tables and eating areas. It also begs for food whenever you’re trying to get on the elevator or just sitting watching tv.

Great Staff/Room needs attention

The location was desirable, and the staff provided excellent service. While the room was clean, an unpleasant odor was detected. The carpet exhibited a damp quality, and the pull-out mattress was stained due to rust from the bed frame. Furthermore, the elevator was non-operational for a significant portion of our three-day, two-night stay.

Looked very outdated had broken faucet, missing drawers the most chipped up and stained bathroom door I've ever seen. moldy shower head ac wasn't working properly we were sleeping in heat.I've paid the same amount for nicer looking places. Staff and breakfast were really nice but the place just needs to be completely renovated

The stay was good for the price. All the doors are not accessible except for the front door which if there is only parking in the back you have to walk all the way around. The breakfast had a good amount of options. Had a family and it was a good size room. I would stay again

The room and shower was dirty and smelled like weed. The smoke detector was covered with a bag with a receipt on it from May. There were no comforters for the bed. We were missing a drawer most of the plugs did not work.
