Breakfast menu needs more options and changes in menu. Staff are lovely and attentive. Coffe should be real in rooms not espresso. Rooms could definitely use paint. The cleanliness was appreciated and lovely.

Nice location, awesome staff, clean rooms, and tasty, fresh breakfast. Doors are a bit thin, we could hear hall noise easily, and the bed was a bit hard for us - but others may like a harder mattress. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall rating: 2 out of 5 The photos on Expedia and the hotel website do not accurately depict the room we stayed in. They appear to be edited, making the rooms look brighter and nicer than they actually are. Other problems we had: Our bathroom sink did not drain properly, Shower head was leaking, and water temperature would often switch from hot to cold on its own, Air conditioner was very loud, Furniture was outdated, The walls were thin so noice from other rooms was noticeable Staff was nice. When we voiced our concerns with management after our stay, they responded promptly and professionally, and offered us a discount on our next stay.

The breakfast was quite good. Would suggest to more on tome for breakfast. When we checked in we were told hours were 7-11. The next day we were told the hours 7-10. If we didn't go down when we did we would have missed out. The room wass nice but the queen size sofa bed was uncomfortable. The staff are top notch. They make you feel welcomed and they greet you with a smile. Plan on staying there again in the near future.

Great location. Was upgraded to a loft style room, while great view it is a tad dated in certain aspects but charming. The elevators are super slow. The water pressure could be better. The beds are very comfy.

Nice place to stay. It is directly across the Black Ball Ferry drive off exit. It is on the small side. The elevators are a bit slow and one was out of order most of the time we were there. Not to much of a delay though. Our room was clean and roomy. The bed was in an upstairs loft, it was a bit inconvenient maneuvering down the slightly steep stairs, if you had to use the bathroom during the night. The cleaning staff was always hard at work from early morning to late in the afternoon slowing the elevators some. Breakfast was good, a bit awkward set up that caused some confusion knowing which way the line flowed. You had to pour your coffee and add your crwam and sugar to it at the counter which slowed things down. There was not any sugar at the tables or packets to grab and finish making your coffee to your liking at the table, maybe having some at each table would ease some of the congestion. Location is great and easy to walk to the many attractions nearby.
