The hotel was close to a lot of amenities. I did not appreciate it when I asked to leave my car for 2 hours after we checked out at 10:30 am. When the parking lot had only 6 cars. After spending nearly $1200 in 3 nights and they do not have the courtesy to allow you two hours extra in parking is not acceptable.

we stayed for a week. the rooms around us kept changing. the sound insulation was not good. I am 70 years old,I don't want to hear people shouting at 1 in the morning. The toilet paper they provide is pathetic. I had to go to a grocery store to buy proper toilet paper. (I mentioned this to the front desk) $1600 paid and had to get my own toilet paper? The staff at breakfast were fantastic. I tipped all of them. No I will find somewhere else to stay next time. It is embarrassing to have to talk about toilet paper.

Ideally located near the habour in Victoria, this quaint hotel offered everything in the way of amenities and an incredible hot buffet breakfast every morning. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Victoria.
