This multi-family historic building has 4 apartments this Apt is a 3rd story walkup. It is non-smoking and includes newer carpet, designer colors and includes all utilities: Water, Sewer, Electricity, WiFi and on site laundry included! Washer and dryer is shared with one other tenant and is on the same floor as apartment.
The space
The apartment has a large kitchen with full size stove and lots of cabinetry. Lots of natural light, closets and newer floors. The remodeled bathroom has a beautiful shower and beadboard walls. The bedroom has soft, newer carpet and beautiful tulip shaped windows with a view across Commencement Bay. An absolutely stunning view!
