Disappointed

Rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. I like that you can use the Mayan resort facilities if you are staying at Kivoya. I was very disappointed that the villa didn't have a working pool, grill, washer and dryer. The wifi was terrible and one of the ceiling lights had a loose cover which was making loud noises while everyone was trying to sleep. For the price I paid I expect everything to be working.
