We love the resort however, our unit had several hiccups; the toilet chain was rusted and barely flushed & eventually broke, the shower was extremely hard to turn on/off it’s so old, bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, the reverse osmosis water faucet wasn’t even hooked up so it “looked” like you had purified water when it isn’t. The pool areas are incredible with very friendly service but we noticed that “no coolers” is one of the rules yet we saw several coolers being used with outside beverage/food being consumed. When asked, the pool servers said that owners can use coolers but guests don’t have that benefit & must purchase all food & beverages. Doesn’t seem fair that special privileges are given to some but not others when we are all paying a pretty penny to stay at the same place.

The pictures that were displayed for our room that I choose based on different price points was not the room I got when I arrived. It was old in building diamanté phase 1 . It was bright yellow and red paint. I would have never have stayed in a room like that. It was not as described at all. I complained and requested a new room. They did absolutely nothing about it. I was very disappointed. I will not be booking on here again. They displayed pictures of the building 2 phase 2 in the description, very deceptive.
