This home offers a prime location in a quiet and spacious neighborhood extremely close to the beach (within walking distance) and all the comforts of home! Downtown Crystal Beach is within three miles of your home, making it easier to find great dining options, shops, convenience stores, and more.

Right under the home is a breezy patio where you and your beloved group can hang out and simply relax. An enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a sunny day at the beach. There are plenty of fishing charters nearby, so book a trip, cast a line, and come back home to grill today's catch in the grilling station under the home. There is even a picnic table nearby where you can dine alfresco and enjoy today's fishing efforts.

The main living space and all the bedrooms are located upstairs. Tall ceilings and doorways adorn this space. The living room has been appointed with comfortable furniture and a large smart TV, offering the perfect relaxation spot. Surprise your friends with their favorite recipes thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen. Complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, cooking and cleaning up will be a breeze. Rejoice in sharing everlasting memories with your group, playing cards or board games, watching any of the smart TVs, and reading books. This second floor also offers an extensive balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
