I have never had such an unfriendly experience at check in at a hotel. I waited with only one other person in front of me for at least 10 minutes & was not even greeted or told someone would be with me. Then when another staff member came to check me in, he was in such a bad mood and never said hello welcome or thank you for my patience. The room I think has never been dusted. There was thick visible dust all around the side table & head boards. It was very obvious when you turned on the light at the headboard. The mattresses were hard as rocks. The beds were only made with 1 comforter that must have been made out of a polyester blend because we were sweating even when we had the air set at 65 degrees. Next day, after coming in housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses that I made a drink in or hang a robe that I used. They never had enough towels for the first night and did not replace on second night. I asked at the front desk for additional towels and she handed me a large pack in a plastic bag…instead of housekeeping dropping them off. On top of everything….they charge mandatory $49 per night for valet parking! The only staff & comfortable experience was in the restaurant-they were all friendly & gave great customer service. Do not stay here- looks are deceiving on the surface.

The hotel was very nice, clean and close to the medical center. Valet Parking at $50 being the only parking option available was a bit extreme. The front desk help was quit cold and unwelcoming.

No public parking valet only $50/day

Hotel was super beautiful, front staff was very polite. Only problem was that they only have valet. No where on the booking website is it stated. They have no public parking. Going in & out of the hotel & having to wait constantly for my vehicle & charging $50 is insane on top of that when we first got there I had asked the valet guy if there was any public parking & he told me it was around the corner, went around twice saw nothing. Decided to call the hotel & ask where the public parking was & she told me we had none

When we arrived the earl check in was not available even though I was approved for it. I had to settle for a ADA Accessible room instead of what I had booked. The Hot Water in the shower was not adequate and we did not have towels on night number 2. Overall it was a very poor experience and I dont think I will stay at the Blossom Hotel any longer.

It was great , wonderful experience,Nice rooms,Staff very helpful and friendly. Only thing I had an issue with was someone ordering Food and drinks and putting it in my tab and tried charging me for something didn’t order, and valet parking took a while to receive my vehicle.Other than that very pleasant and relaxing stay.
