What an amazing hotel experience. I travel a lot and this place was amazing. I would recommend to any traveler. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast, the valet was extremely responsive and the rooms were spotless. The walk-in shower and tile bathrooms were stunning. First class accommodations all the way with a very reasonable rate.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and had a roll away bed. The space was wonderful, clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the living room. Bathrooms in both bedrooms with showers with rainfall and detachable water heads. Very clean! Robes and slippers for use were nice. Staff was kind and helpful!

Was charged $196 fo valet parking for under 4 days and I had to park my own vehicle because it was too high for their garage. That’s over $50 a day for 1 car and we booked 4 hotel rooms with our group. Also, I had forgotten my credit card that I used for a tab in one of the restaurants and when I went to get it the next day, they couldn’t find it. I flew home and called once arriving home and they said they had found it but I would need to send them a paid mailing label so I could have it mailed to me.

I must say I maybe should’ve listened to other reviews. Aside from getting there and it starting off poorly the hotel wasn’t the worse. However I did read many reviews of rooms being unavailable upon arrival due to overbooking and maintenance issues. I thought maybe that wouldn’t be the case. However upon arrival I was welcomed with a sorry we longer have your room because the air conditioner is out. Understandable things happen however if you can’t accommodate me to another room that is up to the standards that I paid for I think that some sort of refund should be given. A $600 room and all that’s offered is 1 drink voucher while also down grading me to a smaller room is unacceptable. This hotel is very much luxurious so to have so many issues etc is crazy to fathom. Cleanliness was not up to par either. I don’t say I would be going back.
