The hotel it self is great. The valet were very bad. He was sitiing in has gray chevy traverse blasting his music and we saw him looking through our car. Then the next day they spent 2 hours looking for our car keys and had to call the night valet to find them he took them home. I was told

We had a wonderful room overlooking the pool and the beach beyond the property. The room was nice and clean. Loved the pool area with the bar. We also had a very nice breakfast there. The people were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Galveston.

Great stay! Our original room we booked had a balcony and upon arrival were told that they were out of balcony rooms so switched us to another room. This room was higher up and had a great view of the beach and surrounding areas. All staff were very friendly and room was super clean. Heated pool and swim up bar were very nice and breakfast was delicious! Very close to the beach and lots of things close by to do. We got some great recommendations from the bartender Gina. Also ordered a couple pizzas from the kitchen and they were great as well.
