After 4 hours of journey we arrived there.After checking when we got the key the front desk lady sent us the other desk to activate our keys. The horrible experience started right there. She worked for marketing department of the company. After a long journey with 2 kids we had to wait for 40 mins to get our keys.She didn’t stop there, she said if we don’t choose preview potion which is for 90mins class or whatever we can’t have access to the beach, activities and heated pool.We was shocked and kids was so sad when they heard that. We booked that resort for those activities and heated pool. She was ready to ruin our vacation. For the kids we had to choose 90mins preview class and she charged $30 if we missed the schedule.She didn’t mention that both of us had to be there. Me and my husband decided that I will take the kids to the beach and he will attend the preview class. When my husband went there they said i have to be there too 😡😡. Guys what , we missed the schedule and it cost $30 . What a joke 😡. The Holliday inn should think twice about this marketing policy. Very very disappointing

Place was clean and nice, no complains there, but I feel a bit deceived .. the property photos like the pool which showed a nice heated pool on the beach and no other pool, we ended up being told we didn’t have access to.. that was disappointing and misleading given it’s one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. I was also told over the phone when I called after booking that we didn’t have to cross the street to get to the beach; she assured me we did not… we did have to cross the street.. all this maybe could have been fine expect for the face that the pics lead you to believe one thing about location of property and amenities that we couldn’t have access to.. none of that was mentioned in the booking and/or room details at all.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is we had no hand soap in the bathroom. We notified the front desk and they said they would get us some. Soap was delivered to my neighbors door so we didn’t get it till two days before we were to check out. We were there for 5 days. But other than that we had a great stay

Not as advertised. All the amenities they show for the listing are all extra and part of a time share. To gain access to it you have to sit through an hour and a half sales pitch. If you don’t go to their sales pitch you don’t get access to anything and they are super pushy about joining their time share. The condo we stayed in was okay. It was pretty clean but there were a couple broken things and no body wash anywhere in the unit. Overall all it was nice enough but disappointing we did not get to enjoy the amenities that they advertise.
