The beach is beautiful!! The shuttle within the property was crowded and we had to wait a few times in order to get a ride which was disappointing especially for those that do not know the location of Sandos in the beginning. The service time of the shuttle is also inaccurate.

The property was larger than expected. Although they did have transportation which was great for those with limited mobility. A disappointed we had was that the kids & family pool did not have a view of the ocean. The trees were grown up over top so you could not see the water. It would have been nice to have a view from those pools.

Beach and amenities were really nice, seperated areas for familes and adults only which was nice for us traveling without our kids this time. Buildings were outdated though with many broken/closed areas. Really long walk to the beach if you don't reserve in the adults area on the beach side. We reserved a queen room, but got two beds since the hotel had 5 weddings that weekend. Hard sell on tours to sell you future stays at checkin, outside of that staff was super friendly and fast with service. Biggest complaint was the food was not very good and alcohol was not premium although we upgraded to the adult premium packages (few people got sick while we were there). At the time of checkin, we could not make a dinner reservation at any restaurant for the next 4 nights we were there. Limited to room service, beach grill, and buffet. Might be what some are looking for, but we'd probably select elsewhere in the future.

Beautiful beach, food is ok, Mexican restaurant is excellent. Big resort so be prepared to walk but lots of room by the pools so don’t have to fight for chairs. Beds are really hard.

Food is limited buffets and getting a reservation for a group bigger that 2-3 for the restaurants is ridiculous. Be aware that unless you only care to eat buffet, thus is not your regular all inclusive. I’ve been to many with only having 1-2 of the restaurants needing reservations. Every one of them require it and you can only book it through there app. Only resort to that we have been to with “all inclusive” which is limited to buffets and cupcakes bar, taco bar. Calling for room service was a joke. Took over 30-40 mins for them to answer. Again room service is limited to 5 items only to order.
