The building is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and the beach but still quiet and peaceful. The pool is large and has ample seating. The condo is large but lacking in amenities. We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom, sponge to wash our dishes, and drinking water. There are no extras here, no perks. The basics are here but they are varying degrees of very nice to needing updated. The kitchen has nice dishes and toaster and coffee maker. The couch was incredibly stained so we covered it with towels to sit down only to realize that the tv in the living room has a line running down the screen. The bedrooms are large, the one with the sea view has two beds and one nightstand with stains and scratches. One of the lights is out in the bathroom. We had to move one of the beds to reach the switch to turn the fan on. The other bedroom had a corridor view and very nice bed and two nightstands. Overall with some minor upgrades this would be a very nice condo. I recommend this condor for families based on its current condition.
