No staff was rude and very unhelpful. After a 4 night stay and our flight being cancelled the wanted to change us over double what we had paid per night for 1 additional night. This was after having to move us upon check in due to the odor of apoxy being so strong from the tubs being re-sealed. Very bad experience

I recently stayed in one of your suites, and unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. The sofa bed mattress was in very poor condition and needs to be replaced. It felt as though we were sleeping directly on a hard floor, and the foot of the mattress had what appeared to be a hole. As a result, my children are now complaining of back pain after using the sofa bed. Additionally, there were no pillows or blankets provided for the sofa bed. Instead, we were given mattress covers to use as blankets, which was unacceptable and uncomfortable. Prior to booking, I contacted the hotel and was informed that there was a door separating the living room from the bedroom. Upon arrival, I discovered this was not accurate. This misinformation significantly impacted our stay. I am a very dissatisfied customer, especially considering the amount paid for this suite. While I have had pleasant experiences during previous stays, this particular visit fell far below expectations. I strongly encourage management to review and improve the condition and accuracy of all suite accommodations moving forward.

The check in process was overwhelming and over stimulating. Massive lines, not sure of where to stand for check in, no worker directing the influx of mardi gras traffic to maintain order. Could barely hear the person checking you in once you reached the counter. Mobile check in or check in kiosks would be amazing to have here. Valet was very unorganized and chaotic. Valet workers told you different things so you were constantly confused so no good communication between them on the busiest of days. The room was dated, not very clean and the bathroom was terrible. The shower went from cold to lukewarm to scolding hot in seconds to repeat again and again during shower. There was rust and lime build up in the shower. They barely gave you tissue paper. The ice machine on the floor did not work at all. The only good thing was the location, the room view was nice. But by check out I was over the experience and just ready to go home. Workers were nice for the most part and some made you feel like you were bothering them. Checkout process felt like the check in process, chaotic and unorganized. First mardi gras experience here and not happy about it.
