Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter. Trolley stop right outside of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt safe at the hotel. You need your room key to get into the building and use the elevator.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were absolutely impressed with our stay. Every employee was helpful and friendly. The breakfast, drinks, and kickbacks were a nice bonus. The location was perfect for us heading to the cruise port. I will definitely be booking here in the future.
