We have no complaints about the property & would stay here again. I didn’t like the limited menu fr the restaurant or the hours everything was open but we didn’t eat there. We tried to order from the restaurant but the staff informed us they didn’t have any servers working that day & we’d have to go to the bar to order. We decided not to as when i tried to get a drink from the bar we waited over 15 minutes to get 1. Short staffed

We enjoyed our time at this property. There was a minor issue with the shower door not being able to close correctly. This resulted in water on the floor. The staff were VERY nice.

Overall the property was nice. The rooms are small and the toilet is so close to the shower you can barely open the door. Also for a Hilton the hardware in the bathrooms are cheap. Fridge doesn’t get cold enough for food or drinks.

1. This property location is in unsafe neighborhood. 2. The staff is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional 3. In the middle of the night the fire alarm annunciator went off in the room advising us to evacuate without any other information of why. The strobe lights went off in the hallway as well.. when I called the front desk to get an explanation of why and is it a fire alarm condition that guests need to evacuate? I was greeted with rudeness on professionalism and then I asked to speak to the manager or the director of security and he was apologetic after stating that it was an error on their part. However I was never compensated for anything. Checking out this morning. The staff was on approachable, unfriendly, and very abrupt. The whole entire staff needs to be retrained. That is not how I recall staff of Hilton operates. I don’t know if it’s because of that location, but it’s ridiculous. I would never stay at this particular hotel in New Orleans again NEVER‼️ I choose it because I’ve stayed at many many Hilton and I thought the Hilton brand meant something and it represent professionalism friendliness courteousness but I guess this one is different.
