They sent us to a different tower. No places for the kids to hang out. Elevators were broken and sketchy. Escalators were also broken. The shower water setting was either freezing or burn the top two layers of skin off. Vending machines were broken. No room service. Oh and I forgot to mention they have roaches and rats!

I had a room I liked, but kept getting interrupted by repairs for a water leak in the room below me. They “called” me in the middle of the night to move me, temporarily. I also finally determined that the room had no hot water, after trying to run it for some time. It was hot in the tub, but not the shower or the sink. After I complained that my door was left open by housekeepeing, they finally moved me to another room for my last night. They”upgraded “ me to a suite, but the new room was very noisy and the code maker didn’t work properly.

Overall rating 3.5/5. Cleanliness the separate shower had mould on the shower head and around the shower door. I never had to deal with the staff too much apart from to check in and out. The overall condition of the Hotel was ok, the carpets in the hallways to your room had bleach stains everywhere. I was in New Orleans for a tradeshow at the Ernest Morial Convention centre, so the walk there was very pleasant, it took me 7 mins to get from the hotel to Hall E of the convention centre. I would suggest doing a bit of extra research into the hotel itself if booking it on here as it makes you believe that you are staying in the casino hotel as per the images on the listing. This is not the case!! i booked up thinking exactly that. Booked my uber to the hotel from the airport and the address on expedia even takes you to the hotel in the images, however it turned out that i was staying at hotel further away which was a Harrah's hotel. So i was very disappointed by this. There was nothing made clear in the booking about this. It turns out that the hotel i was put in was part of the Ceasars chain.
