Centrally located but on a quiet street that is free of traffic and road noise. 1 car parking garage is included as well as in unit washer & dryer. Fully furnished and equipped in the kitchen with everything you might need to cook. Min 30 day stay.

This condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. The living room and bedroom windows face the street. A majority of the apartment is underneath a big tree which make the place naturally cool with a good wind breeze.
