The room, grounds, amenities, and staff were great. Just know that upon check-in, you'll be asked about viewing properties during your stay. However, there was zero pressure when we declined. Also, be aware that this property is at the very end of the strip near the Strat and Sahara. It was actually ok with us since we really didn't want to be in the hubbub in the center of the strip.

The front desk manager Cesar was so kind and helpful. He upgraded me to a great room after learning about my travel day from hell! Thank you Cesar! I also learned the Hilton Grand is the only hotel in the strip without a casino and is completely non-smoking! I will be back when I return for business. Thank you again.

Staff was very attentive. The king bedroom suite was very spacious, well stocked and very clean. It was difficult to get hot water in the shower. The last day, I figured out that you have to push on the faucet handle as you turn it and it then worked.
