"Check in was smooth even though I arrived at 11am and check in is 3pm. The pool area is large, food and drinks are great and service is excellent. Zack at the concierge desk was amazing and helped me with all my questions. The only recommendation is to reopen the bar at the adult pool. "

"Excellent, user-friendly stay! First time at Hilton Hawaii Village… It is worth the hype; has everything you need with shops, ABC store and more right at your fingertips. Went for a girls trip and excited to come back. Pool and Beach options were key."

"Likes: • Most convenient hotel closest to the airport • hourly shuttle service • free light breakfast menu:included eggs and sausage, waffles, assorted juices, coffee, breads. • friendly staff • pool, patio area • a/c temp. able to adjust to a comfortably cold temperature *only 2 elevators. So getting to my room on a high floor/the 12th floor was a bit of a wait. *of the 3 hotels in the airport area, this is the priciest Other than that my favorite in regards to the closest proximity to the airport. If you only need to stay for a quick night or 2? Have booked several times before. And will def. book again."

"This hotel is at the quieter end of Waikiki, and all the better for it. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but there are dozens to choose from within minutes walk away. The more expensive end of Waikiki has many more Designer shops and the hotels are more expensive too. At that end the beaches are lovely, but crowded. Near the Ramada Plaza the beaches, a short walk across the road, are just as nice, wider in some parts, but nowhere near as busy. A number of Shopping malls are within 10 minutes walk as well, with all the big name US shops, plus all the Designers as well. The hotel has an adequate pool, a laundry room for guests to use, and it has plenty of machines and dryers, and the rooms are fine and very comfortable. They are slightly dated, but you won’t be paying top dollar to rest your head there. All that the island of Oahu has to offer is on your doorstep with all the excursions and experiences easily booked from your hotel room, and the ones we enjoyed even picked us up from close to the hotel (just opposite the hotel is the regular excursion tourist coach stop) The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable and happily offered their advice and suggestions. If you’re looking for high 5* luxury then you’d probably find it elsewhere but if you want good, affordable accommodation in a great location then you’d be hard pressed to beat the Ramada Plaza."

"Turtle Bay Resort was without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. North Shore, Hawaii is obviously incredible, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The staff was phenomenal. I would give 100 stars if I could! We will absolutely come back someday! "
