We arrived and our room was ready. The staff was very friendly. Loved the environment. This is a perfect spot to stay. Close to shops, restaurants, the beach. The only thing I wished we would have had was self laundry.

"We checked in at 1 am as our flight was delayed and then the staff tells me they don’t have a room for us even though I had confirmed it the day before. And we had booked it months before. They were apparently full. But were being really discourteous. I had to get on the phone with Expedia and get the customer service to talk to them to get us a room . We had our 2 kids and we were exhausted from the long trip. Then the room itself was so bad smelling and old. I couldn’t believe we paid so much for it. The property itself had a lot of amenities and that is the only saving grace. But even in that the pools and hot tubs were extremely crowded. I will never go here again and would not recommend it to anyone."
