Pros: Front desk clerk was so kind. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was well kept and neat. Cons: there were hairs left on the mirror in the room and the tub wasn’t cleaned around the stopper area We always stay here whenever we are visiting family and normally never have any complaints but overall, it was a great stay.

We have a family of 4. 2 kids below 10 years old. We had a good stay at this hotel. The price was good. The location is good. The property is in good condition. There were no overbearing ‘hotel smells.’ We would / will likely stay here again.

I traveled with my dog and my 75 year old mother. Upon arrival, we were informed the elevators were not working, which meant our luggage had to be carried up the stairs. Upon entry into the room, we discovered the fridge was not turned on. My mother is a diabetic and her medication needed to be refrigerated upon arrival. For someone who has stayed here many times due to travel, I will not be coming back.

I loved staying at Candlewood Suites in Fayetteville, NC. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best thing is the Thermostat. We can control the temperture!!! Ive stayed at other hotels and those thermostats that turn off when theres no movement- are horrible.
