I am never coming back to this resort. The food was not good. I barely ate. I ended up buying snacks from the convenient store because I did not eat much. The customer service was really bad. If you are not white, you will be treated poorly. Very disappointed…

Loved the one bedroom option. We didn't use the kitchen but nice to have. Our beach front balcony was incredible. Dated but very clean and well kept. Decor in the room was nice and modern. Staff were quite friendly, especially Moises. He remembered my fav drinks. Beach and pool side service was nice. Food at the buffet was delicious and it was nice to have different lunch/ dinner options. Breakfast was the same everyday but we didn't mind because everything was good. My daughter especially loved the crepes. Shuttle to sister resort was an excellent option. Their buffet was very authentic Mexican and right on the water. Great spot. Water park was great for the kids and the sports bar was nice too. Sushi was not very good and it's too bad there wasn't a lobby bar or espresso bar. Kids got kicked out of the sports bar at 8 so not much to do after that with the kids. Reservations for restaurant seemed very limited and we weren't able to watch the show as it filled up too fast.

We have stayed here several times and everything has been great. This time the pool water was cold. Not sure why but even in the nice warm weather is wasn't really comfortable in the pool because of this

Property was clean but it is a timeshare so be ready for a little sales pitch at first. Plan your excursion before hand. The rooms were clean and sights from room was nice. It is not a true all inclusive as there is really only one restaurant that serves the free food and limited drinks. All in all enjoyable property for family trip.

I’ll start with the positives. The rooms were great, and the pool was large with pleasantly warm water. However, the negatives outweighed the good. The most frustrating thing was having to hand over my room card every time I ordered food or drinks. Not only was it unclear why this was necessary, but staff often didn’t return the card unless you chased them down. A better system would be colored wristbands to indicate package levels. Food options were very limited, and most restaurants had nearly identical menus except for the sushi place. On top of that, the food wait times were ridiculous—we were told “2 minutes” and waited over an hour. The jacuzzis were another issue—only the adult one was hot, while the family one felt like regular pool water, which made kids want to sneak into the adult area. Activities were also limited, especially at night. The activity center closes at 6, pool bars close early, and don’t open until 11am. Overall, not worth the stay!

I will not be back! Very limited food options and not enough activities for kids and families. This is a beautiful hotel but is mainly meant for time share, and not for all-inclusive. Very disappointing.

We loved the resort — it’s a beautiful place with stunning views, and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were all very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The resort itself is huge and really well-maintained, which adds to the relaxing vibe. The food was okay — not amazing, but decent enough. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place. But if you’re hoping for nightlife or a more lively atmosphere, this might not be the best fit, as most of the guests are families or retirees
