The place is beautiful, clean. The villas are spacious. The food selection is great, employees are so nice and humble, hard working people. Highly recommend it. We most definitely go back again. The only thing is the beach has a lot more seaweed than other areas right in front of the resort but you can walk a little bit farther up to the right of the resort and the water is absolutely breathe taking, gorgeous.

It was all inclusive; the only way to go!!!! The staff was friendly and enjoys having fun with the guests! It was extremely clean too. The beach access was very close and had two bars on the beach! I highly recommend the Royal Cancun!

We loved the overall style and layout of this property. It is perfect for people with children. The food at La Palapa was very good, but more eating options would have been great! You do get access to the sister hotel (Royal Samds) via a free shuttle, which opens a lot of opportunity for eating options etc. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! We would definitely like to come back.
