I had a lovely stay here. The food was very good even the buffet. I mostly ate there. My room was clean and adequately spacious with a great view of the lagoon. They have shows in the theatre at night, a spa, pools and beach access so there’s plenty to do. For me though, the biggest impression was the excellent service. Everyone is so kind, helpful and professional. Juan Carlos even loaned me a dollar for bus fare. I would stay here again for sure.

For both nights, we were woken up by the noise at around 1-3am. Also, I called for refill on my body soap but no one never came. The fact that I was rushed off the phone too was irritating.
