Good value, easy transport

Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.

The location is perfect for people who want to walk and use the bus and public transportation. The hotel has restaurants and a pool. The room looked old and dark but for the price it was a good stay!

Beware! I booked the king room which was shown to have ample space with a small sitting area and a large jetted tub. After making me wait for 3 hours to check in (I realize I was early so I understand this is more my fault than theirs, but most hotels at least try to get you into a room) they gave me my key, remotes for the tv and the a.c. And a piece of paper that said that they didn’t turn on the hot water until after 7pm, they sent me to a basic room with none of the amenities shown. I went back downstairs to try and fix the situation, only to be met with an employee who explained that the pictures on Expedia are wrong and they would not move me to the room pictured or provide a refund. I just called a taxi and had them take me to a better hotel. Tl;dr you don’t get what you pay for, the area is a little sketch, they don’t let you have hot water until after 7, the employees dgaf. Go elsewhere, trust me.

Great budget hotel. Clean, quite, near dining and transportation. Not the fanciest, but gets the job done. Also note that they only have hot water in the morning.

Overall great stay if you just need a clean quick place to stay and to be close to the bus station. Was a little noisy from traffic but better than being stuck beside a night club thumping all night. Would recommend for someone passing through.
