The staff was uniformly excellent; friendly, respectful, and helpful. The food at the restaurants was always delicious. The pool areas and beach were beautiful and well served by the waiters and support staff. The public areas were elegant, with lovely floral arrangements and attractive art. The room was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and our ocean view was wonderful. We would be happy to return.

The staff at the hotel was the BEST part. Everyone was kind and attentive. They anticipate your needs and treat everyone with kindness. The breakfast was outstanding - the best my family has ever had and we travel often. The poolside food was great as well. We never ate at their restaurants because we wanted to enjoy the club bar entertainment. We spent time at the fitness center daily and on the pickleball courts and it was a blast! The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone has an amazing view! The only thing we did not like was the beds. We got a room with two double beds, but they were definitely full beds. They were way too small and therefore uncomfortable for two people.

Everything, from cleanliness to the staff, was excellent. The location is fantastic, with a walkable area that offers great convenience. However, it may not be the best place for kids. There is no designated children’s area or pool with toys, and the kids' club has limited activities in a small space.

The staff at this hotel is super friendly. Authentic and kind people! The breakfast buffet was incredible, one of the best I ever had. There are enough lounge chairs for everyone at the beach and in the pool area. They also provide free sunscreen and Aloe Vera gel if you get a sunburn. Overall a fantastic hotel and an amazing experience!

We did not receive any supposed VIP benefits. Even worse, my son developed an infection during our stay so we left a few days early to return for medical care. What did Kempinski do? Well, they charged us for the three nights that we had to miss even though we were not on a prepaid reservation or any unique booking. They charged our credit card for the entire six night stay at check-in like a good scam artist. The penalty for a no-show was one night yet they charged us for three nights because we left for a medical issue. Would Four Seasons in Hawaii do that? No chance. What a rip off - and they blamed in on us for using Expedia to make the reservation. Never again will I trust Kempinski or Expedia.

We stayed at the Kimpinski for one night and the hotel was just ok. Food, service could have been better. We didn’t feel it was worth it for the money spent.
