The staff is absolutely amazing. They honoring their way, everyday, to give you the best possible vacation. The food was excellent and there were servers on the beach as well. We loved the buffet, the restaurants, and the beach treats like hamburgers, fries, spring rolls and Casaer salad without even leaving out beach chairs! The rooms are all so clean, and spacious. Yes, everything was great minus the long line at check-in. We've stayed at several all inclusives and at all of them someone comes right up to you, welcomes you warmly, hands you a drink than has you sit at a table with someone to check in. Here, mind you we'd been traveling all day. We got there and they had us stand in a line with our cranky toddler standing up for no less than 30 minutes. Outside of that the resort was great. Everything was so clean. Everyone was friendly. The food was good, not spectacular, but this is an all inclusive resort. We would absolutely go back.

The food was good, but the resort felt outdated and crowded. There are many rooms, yet the pool is small for the number of guests, and the location itself tends to be quite windy. Given the high price compared to other resorts, I expected more from this property. It’s not a stay you’d necessarily regret, but for the same price point there are better options if they have availability. Next time, I would choose a different location. Last year I stayed at Hyatt Ziva, which is right next to this resort, and I would definitely recommend that one instead.

Cannot reserv before check in, already full reserv... Assign poor view from first check in, they changed well, but why do i use my additional time for change..? Resturant reservation reject on last day despite of they made reservation on first time. Server dont know exact place to sell liquor, cannot trust their talk and reservation because their information always changed whenever i visit resturant reserv center. Dont want to visit again..

Grand Fiesta Coral beach is a fantastic all inclusive. There are enough food and entertainment options on-site that you never have to leave the resort, but it's centrally located, so there are plenty of things to see and do within walking distance if you want to explore. Coral Beach offers 4 pools (technically 1 long pool separated into 4 distinct parts), a hot tub (sadly ubder construction durring our visit), a kiddie pool and a gorgeous private beach with teal water and white sand steps away from the hotel. After seeing how busy the public beaches were, that alone made the resort a worthwhile visit. Food was abundant with plenty of options. The main buffet was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and had a wide variety of options. Casual eats were served at the pools, and 6+ themed restaurants were made available for dinner. There was something for everyone, and the food was all exceptional. The rooms were clean, bright and airy with stocked mini fridges and snack drawers. They offered nightly shows (I highly recommend both the water and fire shows), pop-up markets, a game room with pool tables, ping pong, arcade games and more, a sports/karaoke bar and a dance floor at night. They had plenty of entertainment for all age groups and even a daycare for parents wanting a little alone time. While not overrun with children, Coral Beach is definitely a family freindly resort, though we did see plenty of adult groups, too. Overall, definely a great find!

Yes very just ran out of things to do don’t stay no longer than 5 days! The buffet was small and having to reserve for other restaurants was a pain other than that it was ok the hyitt ziva 100 times better! We’ll probably go back there!

The only bad is that the details listed about this property stated that transfers to/from the airport were included. They weren't. They told me that that is a perk only for those who booked their stay through their site. However, that was minor. The place is stunning. Immaculate. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We loved our room and our ocean view. We snorkeled right there at the hotel beach. It wasn't the best snorkeling, but what do you expect from being at the shore. It was still fun. The water was warm and clear. The pool was fantastic. The pool waiters were on it, very attentive. The restaurants were great although some were a bit too high-brow for me. Others might love that though. I wanted some good ole Mexican food, like we get in San Diego. Instead their only Mexican food restaurant was super fancy with stuff like Mole sauce enchiladas. Not really my bag. Would I stay here again? Yes, in a heartbeat.
