La limpieza de la habitación muy mala , los vasos los enjuagan y no los lavan , tuvimos un problema con la mucama que nos volteó los ojos y para colmo el lava manos se cayó . Para cerra con broche de oro nos cobraron un transporte que no pedimos al aereopuerto y si no lo pagábamos no llegábamos a nuestro vuelo . The property itself was very nice clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating, however, the food was horrible! All but 2( the steak house and Japanese) restaurants the food was not good at all the other restaurants. I was extremely disappointed with the food so much so I will not return! It was a bit noisy being so close to the airport and the beach area was small with murky water. I wasn’t impressed.

Overall it was a great experience in a newer, more modern upscale all inclusive. Security at the gates were tight and appreciated. The concierge service was phenomenal. Room service was extremely slow and lacked food quality, better to just walk downstairs and get food yourself. Lack of entertainment in the evening.

We come to Mexico every year. And stay at different hotels all the time. So the only update would be preffered is if buffe would be open at 6am not 7am. Because we had flight in the morning and we didn’t get chance to eat breakfast. Also need more evening entertainments

THIS RESORT IS A CATFISH!! DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! The food here sucks, they do not have 17 restaurants they have 1 restaurant with 3 different locations in the same resort just different wings. The foods taste weird and old. The restaurants close at 9pm and the staff there is so rude especially the restaurant called BAO the waiter hated that it was 7 of us and kept saying hurry up hurry up and we felt so rushed. My sister is a strict vegetarian and she told the waiter he bought her sushi with fish and we told him to change it and he took it to the back took the fish off and brought it back outside and we can see the pieces of fish on it still. Super nasty food! The drinks are so bad. The resort is so big and inconvenient we would hit 15k steps a day just to go to our rooms and the pool. For transportation you CANNOT Uber only taxi and the TAXI is $100 one way it’s crazy ridiculous the resort is so far away from everything you barely see any people on this resort and it’s just quiet and dead no interactions. I would never stay here again.

This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. The Uber is not allowed to pass through the gate to the hotel. You have to use the taxi waiting at the door of the hotel and the taxis are much more expensive than Uber. The swiming pools are very nice. But if you want to swim in the Carribean, the beach is not as nice as other beaches in the hotel zone. There is a lot of sea plants in the water and on the beach. There are 14 (?) restaurants in the resort. Some are good and some are average. We liked the BAO Asian Restaurant, but the Chez Moi French restaurant fell below our expectation. The food at Chez Moi was average and the host/hostess was not very friendly.

Resort was excellent it’s a distanced away from everything and transportation is expensive cab ride one way to night life was 50 dollars . they said there a private resort so uber can drop off but not pick up idk didn’t make sense to me. Dinning was a 5/5 only thing I would ask for is more lunch or breakfast options and for them to update the app a few of the hours of operations of dining were off. Great resort if you don’t plan to leave and just enjoy the all inclusive

Loved the resort! Felt city like. Had everything youd need. Restaurants and service was great! Only downside was the ocean. Lots of seaweed. But, hope it gets beter in the future!
