I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Restoration Hotel in Asheville. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The valet team set the tone immediately with their friendliness & genuine willingness to help in any way. The overall vibe of the hotel is cool, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is also one of the best in Asheville, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it.

Yes Biltmore maybe more grandish but this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Room was spacious, clean & quiet despite being street facing too! The location was fantastic & walkable to all of Asheville 's downtown amenities. Staff was world class esp the valet guys Ahmed+ Matt + Neil!

This was my second time staying at The Restoration Hotel, back in 2023 I rated it a 5 Star. This year I noticed a big difference. This hotel has become a party hotel, the last night the music coming from the roof top was unbearable, staying on the 5th floor did not help. The room was vibrating from the music and the conversations were loud. Though the music was turned down at 10 PM so that helped a lot. The Draftsman Bar Lounge, one of my favorite places in Asheville was off limit due to private parties through out my stay, so that was strike two! The breakfast basket on day one was a winner, the following morning the breakfast basket had two very hard biscuits, so we opted to go out to breakfast. The staff continues to be amazing from the receptionist Mary Katherine to the valet Nick and other fellows that were friendly and professional.

I was traveling with friends to meet up for the holidays. The hotel is gorgeous. Well set up. We weren’t there a lot a lot since we were visiting the area, but the accommodations were beautiful. The bathroom the beds. Everything was comfortable, clean and high-end. We loved it.

The hotel was a great upscale unique option close to everything. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the wicker basket breakfast at the door between 8-9am was a nice touch. Everything from shopping to dining was within several blocks of walking. You’ll definitely get your steps in as well with the hills. The only issue with the area and it’s not the hotel’s fault, are the homeless drug addicts all over Asheville. They congregate across the street in the park. They don’t really harass you but they are a nuisance. Overall it’s a great hotel and I’d stay there again if I ever returned to Asheville.
