The room was spotless, very tidy, the staff was very nice! My biggest complaint is the AC unit in the room was SO loud, it kept waking us up every time it would switch on. It sounded like a jet was about to take off in our room.

Wonderful room but housekeeping comes “every other day”. Great downtown location. I asked for a sewing kit and finally young woman at the desk gave me one. The first person I asked suggested I buy one. Other than these things I really loved the hotel, great room and views and downtown location.

We were greeted by Tim and Braden at the front desk and made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The parking valet team was excellent, and the parking link had work amazing well, our car was always waiting for us.
